Important Dates

Objection Deadline
Wednesday, November 25, 2026
If you do not like the proposed Settlement, the proposed Plan of Allocation, or Plaintiff’s Counsel’s request for an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses or any incentive award to Plaintiff, you may write to the Court and explain why you do not like them. You cannot object to the Settlement, the Plan of Allocation, or the fee and expense request unless you are a member of the Settlement Class or a Current Stockholder. Objections must be received no later than November 25, 2026.
Settlement Hearing
Friday, December 18, 2026
The Court will hold a Settlement Hearing on December 18, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. ET, before The Honorable J. Travis Laster, Vice Chancellor, either in person at the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, New Castle County, Leonard L. Williams Justice Center, 500 North King Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, or remotely by Zoom (in the discretion of the Court)

This website is authorized by the Court, supervised by Lead Counsel for Lead Plaintiffs and the Settlement Class, and controlled by the Settlement Administrator approved by the Court. This is the only authorized website for this case.
